WAD: NAVAX positions itself as “a value-added reseller of products from established well-known software producers”. What value does NAVAX offer to its customers exactly? What type of services do you provide to businesses?
NAVAX: NAVAX is a Viennese based owner-managed system house with seven locations in the DACH region from Cologne to Zurich. We plan and implement business solutions for the specific needs of our national and international customers and support them with our continuous assistance well beyond the project´s go – live with our inhouse Customer Care Center. Thus we regularly develop our product range further according to customer needs, digitization and trends to contribute towards their success in the best possible way. For twentyfive years we have been a stable yet future-orientated partner for our well established business network with designated software developers, employees and our renowned customer base.
WAD: NAVAX has experienced impressive growth over the last 10 years. Which challenges did you experience over the past years and how did you overcome them to become one of Austria’s leading IT companies?
NAVAX: NAVAX CEO Oliver Krizek has been an thriving entrepreneur for 25 years now, developing and consequently following his vision with elan. He is convinced that NAVAX has only been able to expand in such a successful way because we have managed to implement our topics on the market from the beginning with passion and ease. Our highly motivated, well-educated and performance-oriented employees are the key in bringing our motto “passion for technology” alive.
WAD: NAVAX is active in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. What are the strengths of the IT sector in this region?
NAVAX: To the success in the DACH region it is essential to be reliable and stable partner combined with state-of-the-art technologies and solutions, providing the right sense of direction, catering the needs of its customers and leading the way through global challenges like the digital transformation. With our continuous and calculable growth in our established product fields and industries we managed to bridge the gap between efficiency and innovative strength, placing the customer center stage.
WAD: IT companies have to deal with intense competition when trying to attract the right IT talent. How does NAVAX differentiate itself as an employer and what can potential employees expect from a job at NAVAX?
NAVAX: Key factors in attracting talents (and keeping them as content and perform-orientated employees) that are not easily transported through headhunters are corporate culture, family-friendliness and work-life. It will backfire immediately, if these factors are not presented authentically.
